The Company

Caracalla Investment Corporation (CIC) is a a British Columbia, Canada resident corporation and is 100% owned by Trevor S. Giles CPA CMA CFA. It’s main affiliates are Rubicon Investment Corporation, Caracalla Capital Corporation, and Element90 Corporation.

CIC provides custom research, structuring, and corporate development services through operating companies. We are not an investment management firm. We do not provide investment advisory services. Instead, we research and develop an investment theme and then find investment partners to join us in the development of an operating company or companies to bring the theme to fruition.

CIC’s principal, Trevor S. Giles has over 30 years in public and private investment markets, private equity, bond trading, investment research, carbon finance, and executive leadership experience. In early 2018, Mr. Giles decided to put that experience to use by using CIC as a vehicle to initiate unique operating company investments for investors seeking managed, risk high potential opportunities in emerging technologies.

Over his career, Mr. Giles developed his thesis on emerging technology investing that has been borne out through observation and experience. CIC’s overarching purpose is to bring that wealth of information to the market.
